3. Refunds:

There are no refunds. To cancel your plan, complete the cancellation form before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged accidentally. The setup fee is non-refundable.

4. Access to Services:

Upon cancellation, your access to all features and services will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle. You are responsible for exporting any data or content you wish to retain before the end of the billing cycle.

5. Auto-Renewal:

Subscriptions are set to auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. To avoid being charged for the next month, please ensure you cancel your subscription before the 30-day period ends.

6. Outstanding Payments:

Any outstanding payments or dues must be settled before the cancellation request can be processed.

7. Re-activation:

If you decide to re-activate your account after cancellation, you may do so at any time. A new setup fee may apply depending on the duration since cancellation.
